Client: Adobe Campaign Solution Implementation for Switzerland Accounting & Taxation firm

With the reputation we built at Client Global Delivery with AEM, we won the new engagement to develop a campaign multi-tenant solution for the global client platform and later to expand to other 7 more demographics (some of the major work done as part Swiss, UK, and South Africa). I started with an empty Adobe Campaign Classic Sandbox and was able to design the business-centric initial campaigns and data model. The same data model was used to share the multiple country data and was controlled with data permission for each country to make sure GDPR guidelines were followed. Once the global platform was launched, the client’s global marketing team was able to showcase it to its vendor firms. We onboarded six more countries, along with a major UK migration of existing campaigns to a global platform. The UK has the most complex campaigns, with live events using SpotMe.

My primary contributions to the client’s Adobe campaign included requirement gathering, designing and reviewing solutions, gathering early feedback and implementation, and providing post-delivery support.
